Junior Consultant

Optimal Cost is a boutique consultancy firm specialized in cost and process optimization. We assist and drive our client’s strategical transformation programs, acting as advisors as well as conducting and deploying the transformations on the ground with the different teams and departments involved.

Responsibilities

You will report directly to a Senior Consultant and working on

 

• Assisting to develop key project deliverables for the client

• Facilitating operations-related meetings on the client’s site

• Assisting to detect business opportunities in the client’s environment.

• Providing context elements to facilitate proposals making

• Ad hoc tasks as defined by the team manager

 

As a Junior Consultant, you will be expected to work independently to deliver top quality work under the supervision of the team manager. Past Management Consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills and Experience required

We do not focus on what education you have but, on your skills, personality and more importantly your potential and your achievements.

 

• Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

• Willingness to learn and work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment

• Assertive, high energy, able to create urgency, and willing to take risks

• Independent learner and takes initiatives

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Experience in working in an international environment and managing stakeholders from different cultures is a definite plus

• Excellent time management and organization

• High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
